基于CAD／CAE的汽车覆盖件拉延件设计

摘要：介绍了CAD／CAE~同设计在汽车覆盖件拉延件设计中的应用，包括汽车覆盖件成
形模拟的分析方法和几个关键技术以及CAD／CAE协同设计在产品开发整个过程中的作用，
并对CAD／CAE协同设计的一般流程进行了详细的阐述。作为实例，用Unigraphics与
Dynaform实现CAD／CAE协同设计，对某汽车覆盖件内板拉延件进行了设计。

Abstract：The application of CAD／CAE coordinate design on drawing parts of automobile
cover is introduced．It includes that analysis method of deformation simulation of automobile
coverand several key technologies and the application of CAD／CAE coordinate design in the
whole product development．The general process of CAD／CAE coordinate design is elaborated．
As an instance，CAD／CAE coordinate design is fulfilled by Unigraphics and Dynaform．The
draw part of an automobile cover is designed．
